The Mono Cyclone is an industrial air separation system that separates the product-air mixture in pneumatic conveying lines using centrifugal forces. It is a compact single-cyclone unit preferred where space is limited but efficient product recovery from transport air is required.
Within the pneumatic system, separated product is discharged through an airlock while cleaned air continues to the filter or fan. The design supports reintegration of product into the handling circuit.
The mixture enters the cyclone tangentially, creating a rotating flow that forces heavier product particles to the wall and downward while air exits centrally upward. Collected product exits the cone bottom through a rotary air lock into the next process point.
