Our factory in Çorum Organized Industrial Zone, Turkey is the strategic production center where all Alapros branded equipment is manufactured. From grain cleaning machines to roller mills, plansifters and packing systems, every component is built under one roof and shipped to flour mill projects across Europe, Central Asia, North Africa and the Americas. As a flour mill manufacturer with integrated engineering and production, we control quality from design through final assembly.
Manufacturing at Alapros is fully linked to R&D, engineering design and continuous improvement. We operate an Industry 4.0 suitable factory where advanced automation, precise quality control and modern production technologies support maximum performance and long service life. Equipment built here powers reference plants such as Casillo Group (300 TPD, Italy), Molino Denti (550 TPD, Italy) and Mo’tabar (1,000 TPD total, Uzbekistan).
Our manufacturing process covers six stages:

Design & Engineering: Detailed 3D CAD models for every product, aligned with process requirements, production standards and project specifications.
