Jet Filter

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The filter is used in several industrial sectors to separate dust and air from dust. The filter can work in both pressurized and vacuum environment.

The jet filter consists of 4 (four) main sections. These are dust-air mixed section, dusty air inlet section, dust discharge section and explosion cover section, if any.

Every aspect of the project has been carefully considered in order to obtain high-standard quality machines. All the machines can be provided as painted.

A particular attention has been dedicated to safety measures, to the prevention of accidents and to the environmental protection laws.

FEATURES & ADVANTAGES

• The filter can be used in pressure and vacuum systems. The cleaning of hose type filter bags is carried out by air at 0.5 bars, which is free of oil and water.
• Cleaning air consumption is found by this formula: 30 - 40 NLt (Newton liter) x bag x blow.

Important criteria for filter loads In addition to the effective values given on the right, loading the filter, chemical reactions, drying, filtration process, etc. It also depends on some other factors. In a filter with a bag of 2.4 meters long, the maximum loading for the aspirator will be 9 cubic meters per minute per square meter.

• The air required for cleaning the Jet Plus Filter and pneumatic control purposes is
• provided by a blower that produces dry air.
• The air required for cleaning and pneumatic control is obtained directly from the
• connection between the filter and the blower, without using an air tank.
• The Jet Plus Filter is combined with an electronic control unit, rapid ventilation valves
• (nozzles) and a pneumatic control unit operated by ventilation pipes.
