The Vibratory Discharger for flour is used to discharge stored bulk flour and similar powdered products from concrete, steel and plastic storage bins with smooth controlled flow. Based on the VDF-VDB series design for granular and powder materials, it prevents bridging and stagnation in silo outlets.

Electromechanical vibration activates the discharge cone or plate, breaking arching in flour and moving product toward the outlet. Continuous oscillation maintains steady flow to downstream scales, packers or pneumatic feed points even when the silo remains full.
Flour silo discharge requires gentle vibration to avoid compaction while preserving flour quality for bagging. The flour discharger variant is tuned for fine powder flow characteristics compared to bran and coarse by-product applications.
