The circular Magnetic Separator operates to remove iron-magnetic intrusions from flours, cereals and grains. These intrusions are retained by the magnetic core while cleaned product flows through the machine.
The machine consists of a cylindrical housing with a flanged inlet collar and a flanged conical outlet. The housing includes an access hatch with a quick-closing mechanism. The magnet is mounted on the door with a dedicated support. Internal slides distribute product evenly across the magnetic field.
Product enters the cylindrical body and passes close to the magnetic surface where ferrous particles are captured. Cleaned material exits through the conical nozzle. Periodic opening of the hatch allows removal of collected metal without interrupting the production line for extended periods.
