It is utilized within flour mills to avoid Entoleter of insects which may show up/ occur in the processed product

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Entoleter is utilized within flour mills to destroy insect eggs and larvae that may occur in processed product, helping prevent infestation in finished flour and semolina. High-standard machines are achieved through careful engineering of every project aspect.

The machine can be supplied in galvanised or painted finish. Safety precautions, accident prevention and environmental protection requirements receive particular attention during design and manufacture.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Product passes through high-speed rotating impellers that impact grains against a stationary liner. The intensive mechanical treatment breaks insect eggs embedded in the grain surface without altering the essential milling characteristics of the product when correctly adjusted.

APPLICATION AREAS

  • Flour and semolina mills
  • Grain processing plants requiring insect egg control
  • Downstream of cleaning and before storage or milling

In flour mills, insect egg control is a critical food safety step before storage and distribution. The Entoleter integrates easily into existing conveying lines and operates with minimal supervision once adjusted for the target grain type.

FEATURES & ADVANTAGES

  • Great reliability
  • Low power consumption
  • Durability and no wear and tear parts
  • Vibration free frame by using rubber shock absorbers
  • Galvanised or painted construction options
  • Designed with safety and environmental compliance in mind
