Elevator | Industrial grain conveying system for vertical transport of cereals and bulk materials in mill plants.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Elevator is an industrial grain conveying system for vertical transport of cereals and bulk materials in flour, semolina and grain processing plants. It lifts product between floor levels, silos and process machines with enclosed buckets on a belt or chain.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Buckets attached to the belt or chain scoop product from the boot section and discharge at the head through centrifugal or gravity discharge design. The enclosed casing prevents dust emission and protects the product during vertical conveying.

APPLICATION AREAS

  • Vertical lifting from intake pits to cleaning sections
  • Silo filling and inter-floor transfer in mills
  • Feeding rollermills, sifters and packing stations
  • Grain storage and handling facilities

Elevator boot and head sections are designed for reliable take-up and clean discharge of flour and grain with minimal residue. Tension and alignment adjustments are accessible to support safe maintenance at height in typical mill tower installations.

FEATURES & ADVANTAGES

  • Efficient vertical conveying with enclosed design
  • Suitable for continuous high-capacity operation
  • Low product damage when correctly adjusted
  • Compatible with mill automation systems
  • Durable construction for long service life
