It is designed to eliminate and clean all kinds of light impurities and foreign materials from cereals, coffee seeds, soybeans and corn and so on through the use of air circulation.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Aspiration Channel is designed to eliminate light impurities and foreign materials from cereals, coffee seeds, soybeans, corn and similar products using controlled air circulation. The machine separates dust, light impurities and broken kernels from unprocessed grain by vacuum.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Product is spread evenly by a vibrating feeder into a wide aspiration duct. Adjustable air supply passes through the grain layer, lifting lighter fractions for discharge while sound grain falls through. Installation is possible with or without an additional separator depending on line requirements.

APPLICATION AREAS

  • Cereal cleaning before milling or storage
  • Coffee, soybean and maize processing lines
  • Central ventilation integrated cleaning systems
  • Pre-processing removal of dust and chaff

The wide duct design allows operators to fine-tune air volume for different crops and moisture levels without major mechanical changes. Inspection openings support quick cleaning between batch changes in multi-product plants.

FEATURES & ADVANTAGES

  • Low energy consumption and high efficiency
  • Regular grain spreading by vibrating feeder
  • Adjustable air supply through wide duct opening
  • Durability and long lifetime
  • Minimum maintenance and easy cleaning
  • Connection to central ventilation system
  • Flexible installation with or without separator
