The Aspiration Channel is designed to eliminate light impurities and foreign materials from cereals, coffee seeds, soybeans, corn and similar products using controlled air circulation. The machine separates dust, light impurities and broken kernels from unprocessed grain by vacuum.
Product is spread evenly by a vibrating feeder into a wide aspiration duct. Adjustable air supply passes through the grain layer, lifting lighter fractions for discharge while sound grain falls through. Installation is possible with or without an additional separator depending on line requirements.
The wide duct design allows operators to fine-tune air volume for different crops and moisture levels without major mechanical changes. Inspection openings support quick cleaning between batch changes in multi-product plants.
