The machine is produced as a monolithic movable body with two vibro motors and a double sided three row crate system. To achieve appropriate stroke, the rotational directions and the weight adjustment of the vibro motors have to be calibrated properly. As a principle, in addition to the aspiration system being well calculated and properly assembled to ensure the smooth operation of the machine, all the air adjustment valves on the machine have to operate with precision. Another factor is to make sure that all the brushes inside the silked aluminum crates fully make their back-and-forth motions while the machine is in operation, so that they clean the sifter surfaces while sifting. The product coming from the double entry inlet is distributed evenly on the sifter surface by the adjustable valves and the vibration eect of the machine. Product of desired quantity and type is obtained according to the diagram in the three-row crates. While the desired product goes to the product discharge bunker at the bottom section of the machine, the remaining coarse product is conveyed to the waste exit to be recycled. As the machine operates, during sifting, the dust inside the product is sent to the filter in a precise manner via the adjustable valves attached to the aspiration system, to be recycled.
